  • Identify intersecting lines.
  • Determine the properties of vertical complementary and supplementary angles.
  • Determine the value of an angle on a line, given the adjacent angles.
  • Solve problems involving angles formed by intersecting lines.

Reflection :

Students were able to understand and use properties of angles associated with intersecting lines to solve problems. They were actively involved in the classroom activities.

  • Determine the number of sides, vertices and diagonals of given polygons.
  • Sketch polygons.

Reflection :

1C – Students gave high interest in to the topic. They were able to recognize the polygons and determine the number of sides, vertices and diagonals of given polygons.

1D - Students were doing discussion and correction on previous practice.

  • Understand the concept of parallel and perpendicular lines.

  • Determine parallel lines.
  • Determine perpendicular lines.
  • State that the angles formed by perpendicular lines are 90°.

Reflection :

Teaching and learning process went well. Student gave high interest in the topic. They were listened attentively to teacher's instructions. They were able to determine parallel and perpendicular lines.

Worksheets were distributed to students. They were able to determine and draw the lines of symmetry of shapes and draw the designs using the concept of symmetry.
