• Draw nets for prisms, pyramids, cylinders and cones.

Reflection :

Worksheets were distributed to students. They gave high interest to the new topic. Student actively involved in classroom activities and they were able to state the geometric properties of solid geometry and understand the concepts of nets.

Students listened attentively in the classroom. They were able to draw net for the solid geometry and were able to state the types of solids given their nets.

2L and 2N - Worksheets were distributed to students. They actively involved in classroom activities. Students understand and able to use the concept of properties of quadrilaterals and geometrics properties of solid geometries.

Students were able to find the surface area of prism and pyramids. However, they still need to refer back the concept of Pythagoras Theorem in finding the height or slant height in a right angled triangle.
